Express Lane Lube Technician

Automotive experience a must. Multi tasking skills a plus. Able to lift 50 lbs and the ability to perform needed services correctly the first time in a timely manner. Reliable attendance required. Service Porter

The Service Porter is responsible for moving service vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience. The Service Porter is also responsible form maintaining the service drive, shop, service parking lot and adhering to all current Covid-19 precautions. Specific functions include but are not limited to:
1. Install floor mats and plastic seat covers in all vehicles as they come in for service.
2. Drive vehicles from the service drive to the proper area in the parking lot. 
3. Deliver keys and paperwork to the appropriate are immediately after parking the vehicle.
4. Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner. 
5. Make sure that all vehicles in the parking lot are locked. 
6. Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department. 
7. Retrieve customer vehicles from lot when bill is paid or as directed by service advisors. 
8. Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during time with service department and report any damage to service manager immediately.
9. Remove floor mats and seat covers upon parking after work completion. 
10. Keep the service reception area clean, neat and orderly at all times. 
11. Perform other duties as directed by Service Manager or service advisors. Report directly to Service Manager if someone else in the dealership needs your assistance. 
12. Maintain personal cleanliness, grooming and uniform standards according to company policies. 
13. Arrive at work, take breaks and leave work at times designated by management. Utilized electronic time clock to properly record actual work hours. 
14. Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel.
15. Constructively communicate with  with dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs. 
16. Report to management any situation or condition that may jeopardize the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, it's employees or customers. 
17. Maintain a valid Oregon driver's license and inform management of any changes in it's status.
18. Pass a drug screen.
